June 2026 Scheduling Update:

The Dysautonomia Management Center is beginning a phased scheduling rollout.

Initial scheduling invitations will be sent to patients who have:

- Completed their intake paperwork

- Had their information reviewed by our clinical team

- Elected to proceed with a cash-pay appointment

Scheduling invitations will be sent by email in the order patients are reviewed and appointment availability allows.

We are beginning with telemedicine appointments while we complete final preparations for our new clinic space. In-person appointments will be added shortly.

Cash-Pay Information

While we continue the insurance credentialing process, appointments are currently available on a cash-pay basis.

Current Self-Pay Fees

- Comprehensive Dysautonomia Evaluation (up to 2 hours): $400

- Transfer Evaluation (up to 90 minutes): $300

- Johns Hopkins Transfer Visit (up to 60 minutes): $200

- Established Follow-up (up to 30 minutes): $150

- Extended Follow-up (up to 60 minutes): $250

We are actively pursuing contracts with multiple insurance carriers. Because credentialing timelines vary and are outside our control, we cannot guarantee future participation with any specific insurance plan or guarantee reimbursement for out-of-network services.

Patients choosing self-pay will receive a superbill upon request that may be submitted to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Thank you for your patience as we launch DMC. We look forward to caring for you.
